About Joan Marie Erni

Joan Marie Erni (Joannie) is the dedicated and organized Team Coordinator for Abbe • Ross Real Estate. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others succeed, Joan ensures that every aspect of the team’s operations runs smoothly and efficiently, from paperwork to marketing.

 

Previously, Joan served as the Vice President of Relocation at a Sotheby’s company on Long Island, where she honed her skills in managing complex logistics and providing exceptional customer service.

 

In 2008, Joan moved to Sarasota, FL, where she took on the role of Director of Business Development at a local real estate company. In this role, she managed three divisions and became known for her expertise in agent training and mentorship.

 

In 2015, Joan joined the team and has managed the day-to-day operations of the back office since. Due to her extensive experience, Joan possesses a broad knowledge of every aspect of residential real estate.
