Prestancia is an exclusive Country Club community located in the heart of Palmer Ranch in Sarasota, FL. Minutes from Interstate 75, Siesta Key, one of the world's most acclaimed beaches, and downtown Sarasota. Prestancia, a 24-hour guard gated community, is home to the exclusive TPC Prestancia. TPC Prestancia is a non-equity Club operated by Heritage Golf Group and is a member of the TPC Network of properties nationwide. Opened in 1985, TPC Prestancia was the third private club in the TPC Network and has been the host club for eight Chrysler Cup Tournaments and five American Express Invitationals, Champions Tour events, on-equity Golf Country Club with two championship golf courses.
Prestancia is home to 14 different neighborhoods within its very well-maintained grounds and roadways. Each neighborhood has its own distinct feel from maintenance-free condos to free-standing villas to homes with pools and views of natural preserves to large prestigious estate homes with golf course views.

Escondito, La Vista, Las Palmas, Losillias, Mara Villa, Monte Verde, Palacio,The Enclave, The Manors, Valencia, Villa D'Este, Villa Fiore, Villa Mirada and Villa Palmeras.
TPC Prestancia's Mediterranean-style Clubhouse features à la carte and private meeting spaces with banquet facilities for indoor and outdoor dining. Golf and social events are held throughout the year for Members. For added comfort and convenience, Members enjoy full-service locker rooms and a TPC Golf Shop fully stocked with an array of equipment and golf fashions.
In addition, swimming, fitness, and tennis are available at a nearby reciprocal facility. Golf Members at TPC Prestancia have privileges at Serendipity Racquet Club to use the swimming, tennis, and fitness facilities.
